A table of some kind is helpful to hold the brunch platter, and to have somewhere to put side plates, coffee cups, and glasses … but a coffee table and/or smaller side tables will be fine!

As a host it is free for you! (We’ll just use some of your electricity to boil some water for a cuppa!).
For participants tickets are $27 plus booking fee … or only $20 for directory members.
We also have a few Pay What You Can spots starting at $5.

If you have a small space, just let me know what your capacity is and I’ll adjust the ticketing to reflect what you have available, no problem!

Good question - the directory is young and growing, and a great opportunity to get more eyes on your business (I actively promote members to my network).

The beauty of the Barefoot Businesswomen’s Network event is that everyone has an opportunity to participate, even the quieter ones.
We’ve found that 8 people is perfect … and a few more can always be accommodated, but beyond that and the vibe becomes less intimate and connected and valuable.
If you have lots of potential participants, perhaps you’d like to host more regularly to give everyone a chance to come. That is definitely an option if there’s a timeslot available.

We have no rules about footwear … its purely about feeling relaxed and real and yourself … so whatever works for you. Personally, I love any opportunity to take my shoes off … so expect to see toes.

You can host a one-off event, or you can become a regular host for your region and host regular events (monthly or more frequently).
We can’t accept every request to host, but if there is a community in your area looking for an event just like ours, we’d love to hear from you!
Fortunately, as an early adopter, we have lots of opportunities to host wherever you are.
