Hi, I’m Victoria!

Who am I?

I worked full-time for a wonderful B2B agency in Sydney and Melbourne rising to the role of senior producer and director of corporate videos and audio-visual experiences. The team and projects were amazing, and I was in my multipassionate element. However, times were changing, and the fit no longer felt right. I knew it was time to move on.

I went freelance and built a multi 6-figure production business and got to work with some legends of the film industry, business, and social enterprise. Highlights include producing a short environmental documentary for National Geographic Channel, working with Serena Williams, producing a webcast segment for Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project, and launching the rebrand for AutoBake which generated “an offer too good to refuse” where the company was sold for millions to an international buyer.

But when I learned my kids were neurodivergent, I came to recognise traits in myself, which gave me so much more insight on my uniqueness, strengths and challenges … and permission to follow my deeper purpose and support likeminded women in business to thrive doing what they love.

Word of mouth no longer existed for me in this new world until I built up my new business … along with an empathy mountain for any other sensitive introvert trying to show up authentically and compellingly.

That learning curve inspired the Barefoot Businesswomen’s Network - connecting me with the most amazing likeminded women, and catapulting me into a world of rich brand storytelling, bringing clarity, confidence, and visibility to so many women wanting to shine without squeezing into systems and solutions not designed for them.

Now I love connecting likeminded women with each other and elevating their profile through my Barefoot Community Directory, round table conversational events, 1:1 marketing consulting, small group educational program, course creation support, social media and email marketing creative services, and my own blog and more.

What a life!
