Marketing Partner for Women Designing Sustainable Connections Between People and Place
Helping you be found by dream clients already looking but just don't know you exist yet.
Has word of mouth has taken you as far as it can?
When most of your work comes through referrals, you're relying on others to remember you exist.
What if you could be found by the clients with the vision and budget for projects that genuinely excite you - not just anyone who needs what you do?
If you know deep down you should raise your prices, what if that becomes natural when you're attracting clients who already value your approach - clients who see your worth before you even need to explain it?
What if the gap isn't your capability but simply being visible where the right people are looking?
How I help
I work with women creating sustainable, regenerative practices grounded in connection to place. Landscape designers, architects, ecotherapists, environmental practitioners. Work that honours people and planet, not extraction from either.
Getting clear on your business and getting clear on yourself aren't separate processes. Your positioning emerges from understanding who you actually are and what lights you up. Your ideal clients become clear when you know what you're really here to do.
Together we create:
Positioning that differentiates you in your field specifically
Messaging that articulates your value without the cringe
Visibility approaches that work with your capacity (not against it)
Systems that keep you present when you're busy with projects
This isn't about posting three times a day. It's about being found by right-fit clients who respect your rates and value your expertise from the start.
What becomes possible
When your marketing reflects who you actually are and what you value, something shifts in the quality of clients who find you.
They arrive aligned, informed about your approach, and emotionally ready for the collaboration because they resonate with how you see the work, not just what you deliver.
The little things that make you different, the sensibilities you might not even recognise as strengths - those are what the right clients are drawn to.
When your expertise is properly revealed, charging more stops being a question of courage and becomes simply reflecting the actual value of the exchange. The work you do together has more depth, more transformation, more lasting impact. Your pricing needs to match that reality.
Your marketing does the filtering.
It brings in the people who are meant to work with you and quietly repels the ones who aren't.
Ways to work with me
It's natural, when you're creative and attuned to your environment, to find standard marketing advice jarring.
The scripts feel forced.
The performance exhausting.
The whole idea of it at odds with how you actually work.
What if marketing could feel like an extension of your practice instead?
What if being visible didn't require becoming someone else?
Brand strategy. Messaging. Website. Content. Implementation.
Whatever makes sense for where you are and what you can sustain.
What clients say
“The results you produced were super surprising and exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed it because creating your own brand is very much an intuitive, creative space. This is where you have a real strength. I feel not as an imposter anymore. I feel like I actually have something to offer and that switches to the next level and inspires me to create my own own products and my own IP. It gave me heaps of confidence! I think you have a level of mastery in you that shows in your level of service and detail and follow up - that's very aligned with my values.”
~ Simone Maus, Sustainable Change Coach
“I have been a sculptor for forty years but have never promoted my work via a website. Last year I took a deep breath and decided to do so. Victoria turned on a tap and my passion for sculpting gushed out - the first time I had expressed my innermost thoughts so frankly. Importantly, she listened to what I had to say, prompting me to tell my story to better understand the best way to publicise it. She helped me see my work from a different point of view, which has helped build my self-esteem and taught me to be more positive when discussing my work with others. I wish I'd taken this path years ago.”

Why this work matters to me
I spent 27 years in brand communication and business development - working with everyone from Serena Williams to Australian corporates. Along the way, I found opportunities to do more aligned work: Al Gore's Climate Reality Project, a documentary for National Geographic's Blue Planet Heroes series about the founder of Greenfleet. I trained as a filmmaker because I was always drawn to true stories.
But there was always this quiet voice. A nudge to do work that really mattered to me. It took me a while to listen and act.
So here I am, working with women whose deep connection to place and environment mirrors my own.
I'm Gen X. We grew up watching the climate crisis unfold from abstract warning to present reality. The disconnection between people and place has consequences playing out now. The practitioners creating spaces and systems that honour our connection to place, that regenerate rather than extract - this is essential work. Not nice work. Essential.
I'm not an architect or landscape designer or ecotherapist. But I can amplify the work of those who are. I can help you find the golden threads in that messy ball of wool that is your life and experience, and weave them into stories that bring the right people to you.
If not us, who? If not now, when?
My work is making sure you reach the people who need what you bring. Because this work is about something bigger than any of us.
